The choice of helicopters include, the Bell 206 JetRanger, "the world's safest single engined aircraft", for daytime flights and up to four passengers. Where groups of up to seven passengers are required to travel together by day or night the twin engined Agusta A109 is available, which is also capable of over water operations

Offley Place Hotel

Offley Place is a helicopter friendly hotel
situated near Hitchin in Hertfordshire. It has had it's interiors lovingly
restored to honour and compliment the graceful architecture of the original
manor house. Every effort has been made to restore the house to its former
glory with the benefits of the modern day comforts.
The original manor house dates back to the 17th century and was in the Spencer
family for over 300 years until it was sold in 1929. The 16 bedrooms in
the main house have now been individually styled to restore the character and
atmosphere of the old house with the added comfort of modern facilities.
Many of our beautiful bedrooms have wonderful views across the garden and
grounds and our restaurant, with its elegant surroundings, is the ideal place
for business lunches, family dining or romantic dinners.

Cranfield Helicopters Ltd. can undertake all forms of aerial photography, including air-to-air filming and air to ground real-time picture transmission. Operating the Bell JetRanger helicopter, we can offer very competitive rates to enhance your next project, whether it is a feature film, documentary, TV, video or Stills. The Bell JetRanger makes the ideal platform for either stills photography or filming work, with the option of removing front and/or rear doors allowing unobstructed visibility for filming.
Aerial Patrols and Surveying
Pipeline, power line, and even railway line Patrol and Surveying is often best performed from the air. The helicopter’s excellent visibility and the ability to fly low and slow, or hover and land at will, make it an ideal aerial patrol aircraft. The helicopter’s ability to cover ground quickly and also land immediately to evaluate possible leaks, damage, or other activity near or on a right-of-way is a valuable assessment and preventative tool.
